The Pajura Residence Assembly is being built in Bucharest, at the intersection of Bvd Bucurestii Noi and Str. Pajurei. The building is accessible on two major boulevards, Grivita and Poligrafiei , being safe from the infernal traffic in the capital.

The works began in May of 2008 and will end in September in the year 2009. Situated in a quiet area full of vegetation in Bucharest, the building will provide a total of 24 apartments of two and three bedrooms.

Placed on six levels (P+6E), the apartments are grouped on a single segment, having a vertical knot of circulation composed of a lift which can hold five people and a stairway access. In concordance with vertical traffic, on each level there are a number of seven apartments.
